Critical: Professionalism, Quality
House was great, management not so much. Lost a check once, claimed that we didn’t pay for more than a half months rent. Claim they will work with you but when we were struggling because of the pandemic and the security deposit could be used to pay, they refused to help us out. Really disappointed.

Renting from JNL was okay but attempting to get my deposit back has been ridiculous. When I moved out, I was told I would receive my deposit within about a month. I contacted Jori at JNL ~1.5 months after and was told it would be sent out within a couple days. It has now been ~2 months since I moved out and I have not recieved a reply from a email sent 5 days ago. I would not recommend renting from JNL.

JNL Management is an excellent service. Any time I have an issue, big or small, the problem gets solved within a day, if not on the same day I called. I've never had a landlady be so attentative and respectful to her residents, which is why I will be seeking an apartment with them next year, and leave them with a 5 star rating. Their apartments are really nice too!

They are terrible people. In fact, these people shouldn't even be allowed to be landlords. The apartments are terrible, because they are super cheap and buy crappy appliances that always break, or never even work at all. When anything goes wrong with your apartment, it's takes them at least 3 damn months to fix it. One of my neighbors told the landlords that something was wrong with the fridge in the apartment they were viewing, and they were assured that it would be fixed before they moved in. Well, that couple has been living here for about a year and a half and their damn fridge still hasn't

I just recently moved into a place and everyone has been so friendly and helpful if I need anything all I do is call. the maintenance workers are awesome and very friendly if it wasn't for Jori and Jim allowing me to move into this apartment I would still be in my old place and very cramped for space I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks me of a great landlord
