We put our mom in a mausoleum in March 2021. We thought this was one of our best options for her, but it turns out it was not. We paid for a plaque, vase, & picture. Here we are in November & she only has her plaque up. This is sooooo UNACCEPTABLE how they treat our loved ones we have paid to be laid to Rest In Peace. I have have had flowers in my car for months to put in my mom’s vase, I have yet been able to do this. We need this RESOLVED NOW!!!! This is a hard enough time already, I really thought they were here to help with our grief, they have made matters worse. Will never do business with

Never seen at a funeral the family has to insert a love one because the funeral home couldn’t accommodate with the proper service tools on top of placing a simple flower vase over the mausoleum because the screws are missing. It’s been a year I’m sure this is just pure laziness. The GM needs to do better on returning phone calls and then people wouldn’t have to go through spending money on lawyers to get some services done that were PAID for a year ago. DO YOUR JOB!

Bad bad bad! Worst place ever!!!!!! My Aunt's service is supposed to be today ??? They have had my aunt body all week and still haven’t put no info on the website! I have gotten calls from other people in my family that called to get information but they don’t know nothing , or won’t call back. My Cousin said she had problems making the arrangements with the lady her attitude was horrible, then they switched the person on her to somebody that seemed brand new to the business! Then stuff was still not done! This is crazy!!! And sad for us! Wow I would never refer anybody to this place. 😢

I just left a funeral service for my dear friend and this place is so unprofessional. The service was good the Director that gave the service was professional. But the rest of the coworkers in the building are very ratchet. The short lady in the burgundy dress , By the way one of the staff said that was one of the funeral director she was hollering at one of the other coworkers very loud we all heard her she was very disrespectful yeah flat out mean. And we are here trying to grieve for our family member and unfortunately we had to witness in over hear That type of behavior while we’re mourning

I paid for my mom headstone on April 26, 2021. They sent me a proof a week and a half later that was not the headstone I paid for and the “stairway” to heaven” design was trash. It has been three weeks since I’ve heard from anyone!!!I have called repeatedly and left numerous messages .. nothing. I also put in a work order for my daughter’s headstone which is falling in.. nothing. I have reached out to the G.M and I’m waiting to see what happens. I’m very disappointed in Lincoln. And this what happened.. Mr. Rirby called me.. and guaranteed me that from this point he will be handling

Can someone at Lincoln Funeral Home and Memorial Parks explain to my family how a plot that was already paid for and reserved for my grandmother was given to someone else? The other family is saying that they recently paid for the plot so this would constitute FRAUD. Is someone at Lincoln Memorial misusing funds and stealing?

I recently visited this cemetery as of 5/7/2021, the eve-eve to Mother's Day only to find to my distaste and dissatisfaction the condition of my mother's and brother's gravesites being in poor condition. My mom's was sunken in (seems to be from flooding rains), shifted headstone and muddied top. My brother's seemed to have just had more dirt added atop, a bush growing out of it and shifted headstone. And to think, no one had the decency or consideration of pulling up the bush, knowing that it did not belong there. It was the obvious. Disturbing, to say the least. See attached photos.

Now to continue this review. If I could post the pictures that I took of my mom to show how poorly they did her body, I would. I didn't have a problem with correcting their mistake but I just didn't want to do it. I was told by several people that she looked good. I wanted to let them know it wasn't because Lincoln did a great job, they shouldn't be given any credit.
It's been a little over a month since my mom has been buried. My sister and niece went to visit her grave this week and found God knows what in her grave, which I will post pictures of that.

Good evening, let me start off by saying that I greatly appreciate Lincoln Funeral Home &Memorial for the excellent service that they provided my family and I with lying my mother (Angela Rogers) to rest.
But all matters pertaining to her head stone have been the complete opposite. BUT, I too just like the post above by Cynthia Hall, have called several times (more than 5) to get a proof of the paid in full head stone that I was promised to be completed within 8 weeks. It has been paid off since the first week of October and I have provided 3 different people with my email address with no response
