Some new classes are also in the works. We're adding an additional boot camp class during the week, a Mom and Tot boot camp on Saturdays through the City and a Fun and Fit Kids class.

Fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I've been in the industry now for 11 years teaching fitness class at various clubs. I even remember in highschool trying to recruit my friends to come over and let me lead a little workout in my family room. Did I really just write that? In addition to teaching fitness classes, I have been a PE teacher for the past 10 years.
These classes offer a high intensity workout to improve cardiovascular fitness while incorporating body weight training and toning exercises to get a full body workout. Not only will you burn major calories in class, you'll also rev up your metabolism for the rest of the weekend. The more lean muscle mass you have the more calories you burn all the time (even while sleeping).
This is a circuit type workout that combines a brisk walk or run with resistance training. We use exercise tubes for the toning portions of the class through different stops along the 2 mile route (there is a option to make the walk/run longer for those who are looking to get an extra mile or so). Participants get a full body workout in an hour and 15 minutes.
