Once you have mastered a skill you can then add speed, distance, and load to increase capactity. DO it Right then do it fast! Fit Societe creates functional and comprehensive training programs for any athlete in any sport of life.
Education on how to safely, effectively, and efficiently perform each and every excercise. This is the base of injury prevention. We build muscle memory and an overall better foundation so when we increase weights or resistances, our movement patterns remain the same. Intensity is relative to each athletes ability level, but without increasing intensity over time the body becomes complacent and change becomes increasingly more difficult.
Fit4Life is an exercise class for older adults who want to lead active, independent lives with less pain, less fear of falling, and fewer injuries. In each 60-minute class we generally spend about 20-30 minutes on warm up and mobility followed by a different "move at your own pace" workout each visit.
Our Carmel Valley gym is located on Carmel Mountain Road just west of I-5 off of the 56 Bypass. It is located right above Caliente Mexican Food and Corner House Bakery. We take a unique functional approach to fitness by combining the expertise of physical therapists with the knowledge of our fitness coaches to create workouts that focus on the natural movements of the body in a safe but equally effective way.
