We had an axel repair and an over all assessment of the vehicle and what our near further maintenance will need to be. They were detailed, thorough in their notes with extreme transparency on what would be needed on our 2012 vehicle. Totally recommend their service and repair shop.

Contacted HCS to change my f150's timing chain tensioner. Im a machinist and was fully aware of what this repair entails, I was charged fair market price for the amount of labor required from the first estimate and was not upsold any unnecessary repairs or met with any unexpected charges. Customer service was second to none with text and pictures of progress in real time. Would not hesitate to reccomend them to a family member. It's a shame it's so hard to find a good mechanic these days and shops like HCS are a rarity. Great job guys.

I've been here twice and they diagnosed correctly both times, that's the most important part. Had a fuel induction service performed and the spark plugs replaced on a 2006 Ram. Service was quick and competitive while the rest of the world was having supply chain issues, these folks took care of me. That vehicle was back up and running within 3 days. I'll be bringing my business back!

The coolant thermostat in our van had gone out and dealership wanted arm and a leg. Other body shops wouldn't work on the car unless the part was ordered through them. We bought ours at Autozone for fraction of price and HCS had no problem using the part we bought. To replace the coolant thermostat, refill coolant and test drive it took less than an hour and total was $140. Second closest price we could find wanted $200. I will continue to bring my van and any future cars here as they are honest, fair, and quick. All things you want in a mechanic!

I've only been here for an oil change and tire rotation, but we did that for both of our vehicles. Both times the desk staff have been very professional, friendly, and helpful. The deal they gave us (my wife being a Springdale teacher) was exceptionally good. I also appreciated how the staff took the time to figure out the specific oil our newer-model hybrid needed (a really weird type of oil) and they discussed with us both what it would be like to get the weird oil, the extra cost, and the consideration for using an alternative weight of oil.
My only complaint is that there's no weekend hours

HCS gave me a second opinion after being quoted a $7000 repair by the dealership. HCS took the time and care to take a closer look and found that there was a much simpler fix that only cost $400. Because there was water damage involved, HCS went above and beyond to clean the carpets and ensure there was no mildew smell. When they weren’t satisfied by the first treatment, they asked to keep the vehicle another day to do a second treatment with a different product. This worked and they returned the vehicle to me in great condition. They were professional and thorough communicators. I recommend

Took my Chrysler 300 to HCS due to the power steering, they got me in as soon as possible and checked it out. The rack and pinion needed replaced besides the electric power steering took a few days to get the parts but they kept me informed. They did my oil change checked my fluids and my tires. Got an alignment and I’m happy with the work.

Class A business and the employees that are honest, up front on all situations, doesn't over promise, work on my Range Rover for 6 years and I wouldn't let anyone else work on it. Jordan has helped me so many times and always incredible, Harold, Clay and Derek are great as well..Jordan still working hard at it when I picked it up after hours. Quality and getting it right would be the best compliment from a work perspective. Thanks guys- really appreciate you all...

I have been going to Doug and the team at HCS since I moved to Arkansas in 2014, and it has been the best auto-repair experience I have ever had.
I have had them change my brakes, oil leaks, shocks, tires, and a host of other repairs that in the past have costed me $100s more with other body shops. But not with HCS. They are fair in the pricing. They let me know what they recommend and if I want to proceed (I love that I am in charge of my car!). When they make a mistake (which they have -- they are human, after all), they have fixed it on their own cost.

I know it's hard to find an honest mechanic these days but they are a really great group of guys up there. I've had my timing belt replaced and it was 1/2 the price that the dealer wanted to charge. I've had a clutch installed on my work truck and they where able to install it for $1000 less than the Nissan dealer wanted for it. I would say I've taken both my vehicles in about 3 times each over the past 3 years and they have been nothing but the best. I will definitely keep using these guys.
