We're Brian and Susan Scaggs, owners of Kwik Kar Service Center in Rogers, AR. We opened our auto repair shop in 2003 based on a desire we both had to own a business. With Brian's background in automotive repair and Susan's background in business accounting, we moved from Indiana to northwest Arkansas to build our shop.
At Kwik Kar Auto Repair & Service Center, we focus on complete auto repair and maintenance of personal and fleet vehicles of all shapes and sizes. Easy in and easy out is our goal with every service. We utilize four of our eight bays for quick lube, scheduled maintenance, and replacement of wear items, such as lightbulbs, wiper blades, engine air filters, cabin air filters, and fuel filters.
Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your car with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. If you're not sure what grade works best for your vehicle, your owner's manual will tell you. You can also ask your mechanic what grade to use.

As a travel nurse from Texas, I am NOT used to weather this cold, or was my diesel excursion. What I thought was a battery, turned out to be an alternator issue. The first place quoted me a price I knew was way to high. I found Kwik Kar and thought I would check with them. This of course was a Saturday afternoon by this time. They were open and able to get me in Monday morning. I had worked the night before and was dead tired, but after the checked it out the quote was almost half of my prior quote so I said go ahead.

My dealership strongly recommended several very expensive repairs when I took my car for a repair under Warrantee. I trust my guys at Kwik Kar and opted to let them take a look. Turns out I did need brakes, badly! And the stayed after hours to get me fixed up. However, one other expensive dealer recommendation was not needed at all. They always show me what they see and try to explain what I need. I never take my car anywhere else! They are the best!

Amazing staff and total transparency while they work on your car. Wife and I got an oil change on our vehicle and was in dire need of an air filter. We paid $44 dollars. Yes I could have done it cheaper myself however not only was oil changed but tires filled with air, car was vacuumed, windows cleaned, all fluids checked. Basically they gave our car a complete look over. I wouldn't have vacuumed or done the windows. I hate doing windows lol. Oh did I mention total transparency so you can see them working on you car? Taylor the manager was very personable and him and his staff are completely dedicated

Took truck for front end alignment, was told they could not perform alignment as all four ball joints were bad and both outer tie rods were also trash. This could be rectified for $1,500. Sought another opinion at another shop. They aligned front end and found no defective parts for $70.00. STAY THE AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!
