Children's bodies are subjected to tremendous chemical, emotional and physical stress on a daily basis, including the falls and repetitive physical traumas of childhood. These traumas build up over time, making it harder and harder for kids' bodies to overcome everyday stress. When that happens, their nervous systems go into what we call "sympathetic overload."
Pregnancy puts a lot of strain on your body: your biomechanics are changing, and you're developing a whole new human being. That's a lot for your body to adapt to! Dr. Jordan offers the Webster Technique for our moms-to-be. This is a very gentle chiropractic technique that doesn't rely on any popping or twisting.

I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews before calling for an appointment. I have been seen by 3 different chiropractors over the last 15 years. Never have I had an experience like this. I called hoping to get an appointment for an adjustment for an existing issue. One that flares up occasionally and is usually helped by adjustments. The doctor himself answered when I called and was nice enough to fit me it. This was today, a few days before Christmas and they would be closed the next week. I was relieved to get an appointment hoping for relief with the upcoming holidays and

Dr. Jordan and all his staff are friendly and so accommodating. I often come with two kids in tow and they are always willing to help entertain them while I get adjusted. I have been visiting this office for about 18 months and Dr. Jordan discovered the problem, diagnosed the issue and helped alleviate my lower back pain. I highly recommend this practice!

This was my first visit but definitely won’t be my last. The ease of scheduling friendliness of staff, clean office, everything explained in great detail, fair pricing… the list goes on. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and after just one adjustment my low back is already feeling SO much better!! Excited to take my new babies in for their adjustments once they arrive earth side. Happy to have found a family friendly chiropractor I can’t trust. Thank you, Dr. Carroll and staff!

This is such a wonderful experience. He has raised the bar on chiropractic. Not only is he amazing but his staff is amazing as well and they even have bilingual service. They are focus, friendly, and pay a lot of attention to detail throughout the entire process. They are always on time they don't make me wait forever in the waiting area.. they even have a section for kids.. I come in here and feel spoiled, their customer service is amazing and I always feel very comfortable coming in. Top notch. One of Cypress's best kept secret.

Staff and doctor are fantastic. Problem is they won't let you pay as you go and I asked about this over the phone before I made the appointment. The phone staff did not mention that even when I asked. Also, don't count on adjustment at your first appointment. Dr Jordan needs time to review the xrays before giving you the treatment plan he suggests. After 90 minutes of waiting, begging to get adjusted same day as initial appointment and being seen, I learn they want you to set monthly payments over a period of a year and will not adjust you unless you agree to this monthly payment plan

BEWARE:My Husband pulled his back so I made an appointment where they did the initial imaging. We both went in the following day for the consultation with the Dr. Jordan Carroll who explained my Husband needed over 12 months of Torque release treatments to correct his problem at over 1500.00 cost. Didn't seem right so I made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon who said he only had mild inflammation which was corrected with 14.00 worth of prescriptions and a 25.00 Physical Therapy session. Be warned, this guy is a scammer.

Dr. Jordan was so great with my baby. She had a tongue and lip tie revision and many thanks to him, we were able to improve her feeding drastically. He also helped with her digestion and sleep along the way. I must admit, I wasn't sure about chiropractors before meeting Dr. Jordan but i am a believer now! Not to mention, the office is super clean, staff is so friendly and we took extra cautions with COVID.

Went there for an adjustment but didn't happen. First appointment was to get you to do an XRay & a test with a device going up & down your back. All this cost $81+ charge to insurance. Second appointment was to go over the XRay result & consultation etc. They want me to commit to a 12 month plan that cost over $1600. No thanks, I just need a few simple adjustments and not a year long. Waste of time & money. A friend warned me about this but still wanted to give it a try so yea there you go if you want to get on a plan with them. Yes friendly staff but not buying their sales

Dr. and Mrs. Carroll are very accommodating and kind. When you walk in, you feel immediately welcome and comfortable. They will answer any questions you have about chiropractic practices honestly. Also, they work with you in terms of making payments so that the cost is affordable. If you've never gotten adjustments (like I haven't), the doctor and his wife will make you feel at ease about them. The process IS lengthy in the beginning just to get adjustments, but that's so that you will get the right adjustment you need. Dr. Carroll personally reviews your x-rays and your spinal exam
