We called and Lisa came out to the house and interviewed my mom. I was really impressed by her. I'm like, "Wow!" Home health companion is indeed a place to call home. If you or your loved ones are looking for care, you are at the right place. The caregivers are passionate and caring. The president is the best boss I have ever worked with, she is so passionate about the clients and she treat every one with utmost love and care. Clients are comfortable and have rest of mind at Home health companion because you get all the love and care you deserve.

If I could say one thing about this company it would be that it is a chaotic , disorganized agency, the management only are money hungry and have people in charge that lie just to make the owner happy. They send just anyone to their clients who arent trained or qualified so that they can meet their hour goals and dont truly advocate for clients thats all I can say unfortunately.

Dont even consider working here.Dont even consider allowing these people to care for your love ones.They dont communicate with you concerning important matters..These people lie to the clients and want you to lie to your client.I worked here for a year and I was appalled by the things that goes on at the company.
The workers, work hard to provide the best care for their patient.However, employees are not important.Employees must go to work with colds, flu, Viruses which can easily be passed on to the clients .I was taking off the schedual without any notice.No phone call, no email, no letter.I
