Services
Established in 1987, Capriccio Ristorante has been known for decades for it's excellent Italian cuisine and 5 star service. Our intimate private dining room holds parties of 25-60. We recently added a banquet facility to our ristorante to accommodate our larger events. Our newest room holds parties from 60-140.
Intimate weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, baby and bridal showers, corporate events, luncheons, rehearsal dinners and family reunions, here at Capriccio's all events are special occasions. You can choose one of our pre-set menus or we can custom tailor a menu to suit your budget and needs.

Great place. My brother in law had his wedding here. Food was outstanding although pricy. Atmosphere is pretty standard. The owner sang which was cool. Place is very big; can host many parties. The service was very good also. It is one star short because in thought it was abit overpriced. Good idea to make reservations especially on a weekend day.

1st visit after wanting to come for a long time
Bartender didn't know wine menu, was confused by my order
Forgot to place order for my broccoli rabe side, ended up sitting with pasta getting cold waiting
Salad that comes w entree was scant
Linguine w clams - thinnest linguine I've ever seen, 8 clams on a lb of pasta, no minced clams mixed in, all in a big puddle of wine sauce

I wish I could give separate ratings for the food and service. As for the service, a 5 star rating. Excellent service, prompt and courteous staff attend to your every need. The food gets a at best 3 star rating. Just average, nothing to get overly excited about. I have definitely had better Italian food in the local area. Portions are small for the price you pay. Wine selection, however is excellent. I am sure this restaurant will continue to thrive.

I had a fabulous Italian dinner here! I started with a chocolate martini, and for appetizers, we got the eggplant stack special. The eggplant was tender and juicy in a wonderful marinara sauce.
For entrées, I ordered the zuppa di pesce, and my girlfriend got the salmon The zuppa di pesce was a fabulous mound of seafood on top of linguine. Scallops were tender and huge! The seafood was fresh, mussels were tender, and calamari was perfectly cooked!
My friend really enjoyed the salmon which came with radicchio and olives in a wonderful white wine sauce.

Have you ever visited a restaurant that you feel special the moment you walk in? Capriccio makes you feel just like that. You have cute couples that have been going there every Friday for many years so when you come back and sit at the bar, they will recognize you and give you a smile. It's like being in an episode of Cheers. The food is by far the best authentic Italian food in South Florida. Big expensive Italian restaurants in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale don't even come close. Wow!! My friends and I were thoroughly impressed by this restaurant! The service was amazing and the food was very tasty. They quickly accommodated our party of 8 at the last minute. Mauricio and DJ went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend visiting this place ❤️

We seriously love it here. Live music during dinner - a man playing the piano and singing all the classics.
Mozzarella and tomatoes were delicious for an appetizer.
My fiancé and I enjoyed our chicken parm and veal dinners!
We finished the night off with their homemade cannoli.

Definitely the most upscale restaurant in Pembroke Pines. Everything from the decor to the service was exquisite. The ultimate test of a good waiter is when he gives the best recommendations and takes your order without a note pad, ours passed with flying colors!

Was taken here for my birthday. Have heard very good things about this place but had never been. It is recommended to have reservations as they are busy, understandably. Everything from the staff to the food, desserts and wines is excellent. Light piano playing music in the background. Violinist comes to the table and plays music. Our wine and water was poured for us as it got low. The ambiance of the place is nice!! We'll go there again and again. Very happy and satisfied with this establishment. Definitely know how to treat their customers.
