Kyle Rogers was wonderful, picked up the telephone and immediately began setting up a new vehicle. As this is the first vehicle we have in AZ he explained the differences between coverage we have in IL versus AZ. He told us about the 'Suspend/Storage Mode' that can be used since we are P/T AZ residents - that was wonderful news and savings too! Appreciated his time, knowledge and patience - did not feel rushed during our conversation, even a little personal chit/chat in getting to know who you are working with. Kyle deserves more stars in my opinion!

Recently I had a repair for our car taken care of by this State Farm office (my car had a war with the side of the garage …the car and I lost). All the agents I spoke with were professional, helpful, and made it easy to get the paperwork completed. I uploaded pictures to their website and did not even need to drive to any location or wait for an agent to inspect damages. Thanks so much for the terrific service. If you are look for an insurance agency check out the Agent Lisa RO Ross office on W Bell Road in Surprise, AZ. I live 85 miles north of their office and always receive great service!
