During the first 10 years of his legal practice, James F. Sexton represented insurance companies, defending them against claims from persons injured in car accidents and at work. I had a great experience working with Andrew at the Sexton firm after my car accident. They were very knowledgeable in explaining all my options after my initial consultation. If you're looking for a law firm, call them! I was dealing with a work related injury and was lost. I had such a hard time getting through to the insurance company and it felt like all hope was lost. When I contacted the Sexton law firm, I met with James Sexton and he explained EVERYTHING to me! He made me have hope again. He assigned me my case manager and told me not to worry. So grateful and thankful for the Sexton law firm! Both James and Andrew were amazing! I needed to file bankruptcy so I went and talked to James. I was so nervous and scared, I didn't know what to expect. He explained the steps and process and reassured me that everything will be okay and I'm not a bad person for filing. After a neck injury left me out of work for 8 months (disc herniation) , I used Mr. Sexton's services to help me an a completely new area I had no knowledge in - workers comp.
Calls into office were alright, not much help and occasionally you could feel the frustration in staff. After initial visit with Mr. Sexton, I never spoke again with him until court date. Understandable to a degree, know he has other clients - but a check in directly with him would go miles for his client connection.

While I didn't personally have a case with this law firm, I got to experience first-hand the wonderful service and attention they pay to their clients. I accompanied my parents to a few meetings with Atty. Andrew Sexton and every time I left there feeling relieved that my parents' case was under his care.
