Our CEO, Paul Peach lived on the other side. As CFO and financial VP of major hospitals he reeled at the inadequacies in this industry. So we're the better mousetrap. We get intimate with our clients. Pay closer attention to their needs. Study their system and provide strong direction. Give outstanding service.
HCI has decades of hands-on experience working with medical business offices and the issues they face daily. In addition to standard bad debt recovery services, HCI offers extended services to address clients' entire revenue cycle needs. At HCI, an experienced claims management department is dedicated to resolving unpaid, denied and even unbilled claims with all insurance companies.

Terrible company!!! I just discovered I owed money by checking my credit report...which I don't do often...no need to - I thought! I made one payment and was NEVER contacted again! This has NOTHING to d with COVID and everything to do with INCOMPETENCE ! I pitty you if you are ever forced to go to Banner and get involved with this collection company. I'd give negative stars if I could. I would have paid if I had known about it.

Not a way to treat people who call into your contact center. They will hang upon you if you ask for any details. They want you to validate the information, however, you are calling them and they want to control the call and they provide you nothing... you to provide all information. This validation process of theirs, however, it is a poor approach to customers calling. Well you should not have high expectations...it is collections. To HCL...you need some middle ground to validate...so your contact center agents can provide some better customer service than hanging up on your customers. That is

This company is a joke and illegally obtains information. They have my daughters full medical file which is illegal!! I had insurance at the time and they are reporting negatively against me for a bill that was paid. They are impossible to work with. I have filed complaints with every place I can against them. They need to be shut down for their fraudulent illegal reporting ways. They should have zero stars!

Called about a whopping $102 bill that I was given by mistake. I was charged this by Banner Thunderbird despite the fact that I had insurance coverage that paid for that. When calling this company a man by the name of "ED" answered and asked me for my social and date of birth which I provided. My intent was to be very honest and forthright so that this coule be resolved quickly. Once I explained the short story, Ed's response was, " Sir, I dont care about the details. If you dont intend to pay the $102.00 today then I don't care to speak to you any further. Have a Good Night!" He then hung up on

This place is absolute S*** to deal with. They offer you a big 15% discount off your balance owed. They do eventually remove them for your credit report as they state they will. However, they will tell you they sent you a letter stating they have been removed from your credit report, but each time you call to ask where your letter is they give you a different date that it was supposedly sent out. They even told me it was sent out on a Holiday. My letter was suppose to be sent out on November 21st (16 days after I paid off my account, this is how long they said it would take.) It is now December

I had the same experience with Josh and a few others. They all hung up on me and wouldn't tell me who they were. I take care of an elderly friend and I screen her calls because there are so many vultures out there, She gave them permission to speak to them on her behalf. They were trying to collect on a bill that we never received. I even called the referring radiologist clinic to understand why they referred a bill that she never received. It all seems rather bogus for a $91.00 dollar bill. Id like to know what their cut of it is. If I don't get a call back from them I will report them to the
