We recently had a beloved family member pass and held the service at Provenzano Lanza. Each step along with way from passing to service was directed with respect and compassion whether it was Ron, Matthew or Michael we spoke with. They’re professionalism allowed us to focus on the mourning of the life we lost and for that we are grateful.

Matthew, the Funeral Director, was extraordinarily compassionate and patient. He went the extra mile to help us with all the details we had not thought about and when we ran into an obstacle with the funeral mass, he quickly helped us set up an alternative that turned out to be the best farewell for our mother. The staff at Provenzano was also extremely accommodating and professional. We are grateful to all at Provenzano Lanza Funeral Home.

During this very trying time, Ron was so helpful, respectful & professional, as was the rest of the staff. It was difficult to plan Any kind of service during this pandemic. The staff made it very beautiful & were very patient with us. I truly can’t say enough about Provenzano Lanza Funeral Home. God bless them all.

I cannot thank Matthew and the whole Provenzano Lanza Funeral Home for everything. With one call - they took care of everything. Matt called me back within 15 mins and arranged everything quickly; from the pickup, the appt to set up the wake , mass and burial, and more. All my questions and concerns were answered or fixed before I could even speak up. They even respected our wishes and timed everything perfectly- even the mass and allowed the mariachi to finish their song before continuing on. They did everything possible and succeeded in allowing the perfect goodbye. From the bottom of my families

Ron, the transport team and staff at Provenzano where amazing to work with during a difficult time. My abuela was treated with respect and dignity the moment she was transported from her home to the mortuary and given back to us. Any questions or concerns myself or my family had were address which put us all at ease. From start to finish, everything was handled in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this funeral home and I appreciate everything they did for my family! Thank you so much!

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. I had to make funeral arrangements when my mother passed away and to say it was stressful is an understatement. However, Michael Lanza, from Provenzano Lanza Funeral home, put me at ease the minute he started to handle all the arrangements. First, the funeral home itself is beautifully renovated! I loved that my mom was surrounded by elegance...I'm sure she approved. Michael and Ron were knowledgeable, but they were also compassionate, kind, patient and understanding. It was the year of 1997, I could never forget the day, I had very little money and no help at all. Feeling alone and really down with no sleep I walked into Provenzano and explained to the funeral director that I would like to have a service for my dad and a cremation after but I only have limited funds. Duane Krautman (Licensed Funeral Director Manager) responded, "Don't worry I'll help you" and he did. my dad had a beautiful funeral with a nice cremation casket and he even loaned me a suit, shirt, and tie he kept on hand for people who could not afford to buy cloths for there love ones. Six years ago Toni took care of my mom and I was really impressed with her professionalism and sincerity. Now she is handle my stillborn granddaughter🤦🏽♀️😢.
