Joye Fratoni received her Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Martin's University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Washington State. In addition to counseling women in private practice, Joye has worked in community mental health and has 10 years experience working with women in her church's counseling program.
