I was in an accident and Derek is my agent a driver backed into Mt car and hit me in both doors on the passenger side of my car. The other person's insurance tried to say it was my fault. Derek got involved and handled it like it was his car that got hit and it all got straightened out I really appreciate what you did for me now my points won't go up. We worked with Derek to obtain both homeowner's and flood insurance (our home is in a flood zone). We had an issue where our lender dropped the ball, and had to scramble to get the flood insurance locked in for closing. Derek went above and beyond and moved mountains to help us close on our closing date. Can't say enough good things about the level of customer service as well as care for us as clients. I also felt that Derek was very transparent and honest about process, and helped educate us along the way.

My insurance got cancelled (long story) and no one would give me a new policy without paying up front. I called Derek, he punched some numbers, hooked me up with a finance company, and got me a new policy. Derek is very knowledgable! I've been a customer of his for the last few years now and I consider him to be a buddy of mine, not just my insurance guy!

I am giving one star because they wasted my time and gave me 3 times higher quote.And absolutely no attention on what I was asking.
I called them and clearly explained what I am looking for. I also mentioned the 2 insurance company names to check how much quote comes from them. After 2-3 hours waiting, I called them to know where we are. Agent gives me massive 2K + quote for one company which only they work for. When i asked quote for other 2 companies which i mentioned earlier, agent said 'sorry we don't work for them.' When i asked then why didn't you tell me earlier, there

I was referred to this agency from my brother after he raved about the service here. I was thinking he was exaggerating a bit because, generally speaking, insurance agencies dont always make you feel welcome and you feel like they dont care if you are a client or not. Not here! Derek is one of the most helpful, resourceful and genuine people you will meet. One of the most important things to me is to feel like I am their only client. Mr. Witham and his associates are courteous and approachable, which is extremely refreshing, and I believe you can only find with a small business owner. A few years ago I relocated from Boston, but I still use these guys. I never thought that I needed an insurance agent, but after working with them, I cannot imagine trying to figure it out by myself.

I had had an issue a while back when I had lost my license, and therefore no longer had use of my crappy automobile. So, I decided that my best move was to junk it. I, irresponsibly, forgot to turn my plates in and had subsequently received a piece of mail that informed me I owed excise taxes for said crappy automobile. I had junked it more than a year before, and wasn't really sure how/if I could avoid paying ridiculous excise tax on this vehicle that I no longer owned.

They ALWAYS go above and beyond, because although it is a business, when something happens and a claim needs to be made it is someone's life that is impacted, that is not lost on them. I have used Witham Insurance for both business and personal vehicles for over 10 years. He goes above and beyond any company, insurance or not, I have ever dealt with.
I recently emailed him hoping to get a response back within the day; he CALLED me back within 5 minutes with the exact answer I needed.
Yelp only goes to 5 but in the immortal words of Nigel Tufnel "These go to ELEVEN!"
