Driving under the influence is the crime or offense of driving, operating, or being in control of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or other drugs, to a level that renders the driver incapable of operating a motor vehicle safely. Due to the consequences of a DWI conviction, we firmly believe that each DWI case should be aggressively defended.
An Expunction is a civil suit that is necessary to rid your criminal record of information related to an arrest. If an expunction is granted, under current law you may legally deny the occurrence of the arrest, except when questioned under oath in a criminal proceeding about an arrest for which the records have been expunged.

Billy and his assistant, Amy, are amazing at what they do. Amy responds to emails super promptly including nights and weekends which helped immensely in calming my nerves and strengthening my confidence in them leading up to my trial. Most importantly, Billy helped to clear me on all 3 of my charges related to my DWI. First, I was in danger of losing my license for 6 month, but I did not. Second, I was charged with striking an object (a bush), which Billy was able to get completely dropped immediately. Billy saved me. I can’t speak highly enough about his proffesilnalism and results... I made the mistake of hiring one of these downtown chop shop lawyers at first.
