Maybe we should be offering programs at your workplace or around your living quarters?! Sarah, along with her superstar team, offers personal training for those that feel more comfortable in their own surroundings, need a set/specific schedule, or have certain health concerns.

Sarah's Boot Camp offers outdoor workouts run in 'easy to commit to' 4-week series where every day will be a new and unique workout guaranteed to get you sweating and your heart racing!
Services
The 4-week program includes a variety of exercises and athletic drills that are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your body moving! All fitness levels are welcome, and be assured that you will only work to your own capacity, not your neighbors. Each 60-minute session will include a warm-up, progressive exercises and drills, and a proper cool-down including stretching.
Who leads classes and trains client for the Corporate Fitness programs? Sarah is blessed with an AMAZING team of instructors and trainers that share her passion for good, fun workouts and providing access to an improved quality of life! From Zumba instructors to 200+ hour certified yogi's, you're in good hands.
