It is no secret Northern Colorado is a popular place to live and buy real estate. And within Colorado, the Northern corridor of Colorado which includes Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Greeley, Johnstown, Wellington. Berthoud and smaller towns in between in the fastest growing section. This section of real estate is set to increase another 8-10% and shows no signs of slowing.

This might include landscaping, siding, snow removal, etc. depending on what is included by the HOA they are usually low-maintenance homes.

We recently relocated to Ft. Collins, with the intent to rent a house for a year and feel out the area. A day later, we switched courses and decided to purchase a home instead. Within 48 hrs of contacting Allison, we were preapproved for a loan, visited several properties, made a bid, and had our bid accepted by the seller.

Allison Klein made our house hunting experience so effortless. She listened to what we were looking for, and delivered us only the homes that met our criteria. I am a first time home owner and was giving Allison a call to inquire about what renovations would be the best investment for the home if I were to sell it down the road. I am green to home owning and wanted to know what would be the best use of my money when it comes to investing in renovations.
I used google and I saw that she was a real estate consultant and decided to give her a call. She answered very abruptly, so much so that I had to ask if I had the correct phone number

Allison helped my husband, Jack, and I find our home in Fort Collins last spring in a very competitive market. We only had one weekend to find a home as we were coming into town from Florida. Where did I even begin? Allison Klein is wonderful to work with. Extremely hard working and dedicated, and really knows her stuff. She helped us with the process of buying a new home, and selling our old one. She negotiated great prices in both aspects, and made our life A LOT easier. She was always in constant communication with us from start to finish, and made us feel relaxed and calm about the entire process. She got us such a great deal, and sold our home in just one day.
