If you have Multiple Sclerosis, taking on this challenge means you're making a decision that you no longer want MS to control your life. It is a lifestyle of fitness which includes exercise, nutrition and mindset in conquering this disease.

With MS Fitness challenge you have the support you need of certified fitness professionals, trained to work with people who have MS or other chronic health conditions, and a community of people who have taken the challenge and are also working towards winning the battle against multiple sclerosis. After my diagnosis, and reading about it, and not really finding anything positive.

It is the mission of the MS Fitness Challenge to provide guidance and support to people with MS and fitness professionals worldwide in an effort to educate and train them in the benefits of exercise, nutrition and mindset in winning the battle against Multiple Sclerosis. MSFC pays for these programs through the donations of its supporters.
If you have been living with MS for any length of time, you know that slowing down, taking your time and resting are keys to managing your energy levels throughout the day. But what if we told you you can increase your energy levels, regain mobility and function, and live a more productive life? Diet and exercise are vital in taking control of this disease.
The MS Fitness Challenge offers Free Online Training, but sometimes you need an actual person to motivate and instruct you. As the movement gains recognition, personal trainers across the U.S. and internationally are taking notice of the need for qualified instructors to help people living with MS become healthier and take charge of their disease.
Life isn't always easy, kind or fair. I believe that no matter what obstacles or challenges you have in life, you must keep moving through them. You have to focus, invest and take action with what you want in life and that starts with good mental health and having realistic goals. Being Mentally and/or Physically FIT is a process and you can only achieve it by bettering yourself one day at a time.
