View current rental list at this website or pick up paper copy at our office located at 7548 Morro Road, Atascadero CA. Take note of available date. Drive by the property to make sure you like the location and general set up of the property. Do not disturb current tenants. Fill out application completely, with all supporting documentation and turn in with processing fee.
Rental eligibility is based upon verification of identity, employment, qualifying income, good rental reference history and credit history. Applications must be complete to be processed. This includes all information filled in and legible. All required supporting documentation turned in with the application and the $25 non refundable application processing fee per adult applicant paid by check or money order.
This townhouse style apartment has new paint and carpet. Two nice size rooms upstairs with walk-in style closets. New blinds on all windows. Upstairs is a full bath. Downstairs is a cozy living room with working fireplace and a deck. A designated dining area, Kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a refrigerator.

So this review is based on the experience of trying to start the process of renting with this company/based on the first appointment.I made an appointment with this rental company over two weeks ago and my first impression was good. They were friendly and I thought it was a good option. However fast forward to the appointment date itself and then I noticed they were not there so I called them to see where the realtor person was. I was told that appointment was for a different time as originally told..Ok fine… as we waited at the property for 30 more mins the realtor showed up at 11.. that was

Waste of time. If you have little to no credit then don’t even waste any time on these people. I spoke to someone on the phone regarding having no credit and was told it wouldn’t be an issue as long as i have a co-signed. My dad was generous enough to lend a hand in that but after we gave them everything including the $50 for me and my boyfriend, we waited and heard NOTHING. Finally I decided to give them a call to ask for updates and the lady was completely rude! She said that the owner wasn’t comfortable with the two of us because we have no credit or rental history. Homeowners and renters stay away from this company. I am sure they are breaking the law and hope someone investigates and shuts them down. Someone who wants to be a great property manager in Atascadero seize the opportunity because this area needs a good one. Two good reviews were probably from people Summers paid with application fees collected from "hardworking" people for places already rented. Summers does not understand how to work honestly or hard.

Don't waste your time trying to rent from them. We were looking to rent a house that allowed dogs. We were upfront about having two dogs knowing it can be an issue renting. We found a house we were interested in and were told dogs are OK. As soon as we paid the non refundable fee we received a call stating that dogs aren't allowed and that we should have told them. They also ran a hard credit check for a rental. There is absolutely no reason for a hard credit check to rent a house. This place is a joke. Stay far, far away. Save your time, money and credit score.

These people are the worst and I would give them negative stars if it was an option. We contracted with them to manage our home rental in Atascadero. They overcharged for repairs, and even after we asked them to run prices by us first continued overcharging. We do not object to maintenance, we object to being robbed. Instead of the agreed couple in the rental we had three single men, a child, two dogs, and three cats living there. Beware of this company if you are the property owner or the tenant...this company will cost you money!
