Cleveland Community Veterinary Hospital
Our unique atmosphere offers comfort to our animal friends! We are located on North Shiloh Road near the 40/42 area in Garner, North Carolina. Our facility was designed by the owner, Dr. Sharon Mastafiak, to look and have an at-home feeling. We have been located in this quiet area of the Cleveland Community for over 18 years.

Family owned and operated, we offer individualized attention to each patient and pet owner. Our mission is to provide high quality veterinary medicine along with client education to better your animal friend's life. We haven't forgotten that YOU are a major component in your pet's health, and that is why we strive on giving full client education.
Services
Spaying or neutering your pet can help make him or her have a longer, healthier life. It also prevents them from roaming around the neighborhood looking for a mate. The earliest a cat or dog can be spayed it 5 - 6 months of age. An exam is required prior to surgery. Poor dental hygiene means more than just bad breath!
We offer 5 different canine vaccines: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, Lymes disease, and Flu (H3N2 & H3N8). The Rabies vaccination is required by law. The first Rabies vaccine given is only good for one year. Boosters thereafter are good for 3 years. The DHPP vaccine is a standard annual vaccine. It is a combo vaccine that protects against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvo.

Dr M took such good care of our dog when she had pancreatitis. She and her staff stayed late several nights giving her fluids and texted to check on her on their day off. She even waived fees and only charged me her cost for some tests. They care about your pets!

A little outdated, but they do really care for the animal's well being. They aren't afraid to say it straight so bring your thick skin. It's all for your pets health. We've always felt like our pet was their only patient. And the rates are reasonable!

I carried my cat here to get checked for a lump in her neck. When I opened the door that should have been a sign that I should have left by the odor!! It smelled like a 100 cat boxes that had not been changed in a month! She checked my cat and drew fluid from the area and said it was an infection, that lumps don't shrink!! Diagnosed her wrong. Being a vet as long as she has should have known it was CANCER!! Sent me home with amoxicillin to take. After 8 days of her not getting better carried her to another vet! The vet told me it was Cancer and she lasted only 3 days as I could not watch my precious

I've been using this Vet for about 16 years. 2 dogs. A couple cats. Always recieved fantastic care.
They stayed late so that the kids could gather to say good bye to Fisher.
Very kind.
oh, none of the extra unneeded care we've experienced at other Vets.

A good doctor and good caring staff. Took my dog Chan there for years and she always gave him good, compassionate treatment. After making it to a ripe old age of 15, my dog passed away of natural causes, so I no longer need their services. I thank you, Dr. Sharon, for helping Chan have a good long life.

There are no words on this planet to describe how thankful we are for Dr. Sharon and Caitie. It takes a special person to take in a sick dog DURING a HURRICANE, diagnose what was wrong DURING a HURRICANE, and perform a emergency surgery DURING a HURRICANE. If it weren't for the Dr, our very much loved Sugar Rae would've died. We cannot thank you enough for all you have done for our baby.

I initially loved this vet... she treated my dogs with kindness and was gentle, however her "vet assistant" was always cold and standoffish. They take AT LEAST a day to return all phone calls which I was willing to overlook at first. It took 4 months to receive by rabies tags. The tipping point was this experience: I had received a written prescription for Trifexis from her and ordered the medication online for my pets. CCV would not verify it to the online company. I called to ask them to do so and I received attitude about their policy for not working with this online company. "How should I know

Dr. Sharon is wonderful. I've had to put to sleep my 2 older, beloved dogs within two years of each other. It was rough as I'd had them for 17 years and 15 years. She is an extremely caring Vet with a very practical, sincere approach which I appreciate. I will continue taking all of my other pets to see her because she demonstrates compassion and understanding, is very knowledgeable and she never tries sell you useless products, pet medical plans, unnecessary tests or other nonsense (like some places).
