If you want a restaurant that is extremely clean, has the friendliest staff, and the most delicious curry you've ever had in your life, this is the place to go to! I ordered the Massaman curry and it was beyond amazing. My friend ordered the red curry and also said it was great. We also ordered the crab rangoons which has the perfect amount of cream cheese in them, and the spring rolls which were so crunchy and well balanced. The layout of the restaurant is also very neat and clean, with hand sanatizer on every table with a cute flower vase and Christmas decorations. The lady working the front

I've got crab stick fresh rolls and berry smoothie, they were very good, rolls with the green seafood dipping sauce was unforgettable and the freshness of fruit blended in the smoothie is highly recommended wasn't too sweet which I liked it and will definitely come back to Oklahoma for those more items that I need to try from this restaurant. Small local businesses I always love to go support. This's one of my few favorites so far in Oklahoma so far.

I was craving pad thai, so I went here because I heard good things about this place, but I was disappointed with my lunch order. I did appreciate the fried egg roll that came with it, though. However, the pad thai was very bland. It was neither sour nor sweet, nor savory. It's primarily noodles, and there wasn't a lot of tofu. Also, the tofu wasn't fresh tasting. The portion was good, but what I care more about at this point is the restaurant-quality pad thai than the portion size.

Stopped by at this quaint bistro for a quick lunch. Better than I expected. Service was super fast and excellent. Had a chicken green curry lunch, tofu tempura and Thai iced coffee. Everything tasted flavorful. Price was affordable. The lady server was attentive and friendly. Will definitely return to this restaurant.

Had dinner there with 3 others. Fresh spring rolls were good, and truly fresh. They were out of my usual favorite, chicken satay. I ordered the green pad Thai and it was a big disappointment, literally swimming in a sugary sauce that tasted like watered down maple syrup; bet i could have drained off half a cup of it…I did tell the waiter and the person cooking that I didn’t like it, snd why, and was told by one to add some hot sauce and by the other to try something else next time. I have the definite impression they’ve changed out the cook as well as the menu. The mango drink was very underwhelming

Bistro 38 is a great little Thai place located just off nw 36th & May ave. Tonight we tried the Jungle chicken curry, Larb Hai salad, and spring rolls. Jungle chicken is a red curry with snow peas, broccoli, red bell pepper, green beans, and white mushrooms. Hokey smokes this slightly sweet curry was fantastic. The broccoli adds a crispy crunch to a mild heat. Pour this over the white rice and it's a entree hard to beat. The spring rolls were crisp, & filled with carrots, celery, cabbage, & glass noodles, with a tasty dipping sauce. But the star of the show was the Larb

Great service and even greater dishes. I prefer the pad thai when I come here. I am not a huge fan of curry but my boyfriend is. He said that the curry is to die for. His favorite is the dish with potatoes. It's incredible, filling and well seasoned. He probably mentions this dish once a week, so if you plan on going be prepared to return.

This was my first time eating/ordering from Bistro 38 and we I a great experience! We ordered takeout and got the Jungle Curry.
I ordered it without any additional protein strictly veggies. The curry itself was phenomenal and all the veggies were still very crisp which personally is just how I like them. The portion of the curry and vegetables was huge and I didn't feel that the size of rice really matched being about 1/3 in comparison. There was a surprise chicken in the order of curry which I did not mind since I'm not vegan or vegetarian but may be problematic for others that lead

First time here and ordered the Basil Fried Rice at a level #3 spicy. Love the kick and sweetness, though the fragrant of basil is lacking. They are generous with the red pepper and onion, and comes with sufficient bites of chicken. Pair it with Tom Kah to make a perfect meal!
The restaurant space is small with booth seats (sit up to 4) and enough tables for big groups. We were a party of 12 and so that might have frazzled the server a little. However, he seemed to handle the service well with 12 other dine-in customers and a handful of to-gos. Kuddos to how he worked!
