How many times have I heard from my clients who struggle with mental health, "They just want me to get over it!" I wish it was that simple, but the truth is, it's not. Through talk therapy, and learning "tools" you will learn skills to cope and manage your disease. Using color, shape, and lines we create images to express how we feel when words no longer can.

You don't have to be an artist to enjoy this process, because it's all about the journey, not the product. Groups are amazing for the sheer fact you are not alone and you have support immediately. We meet once a week on various concerns; Anxiety/Depression, Healing through Art, Communication Skills, Mindfulness Healing, Teen Talk.
