Our mission at Silver City Chiropractic is simply to serve you. We provide excellent chiropractic care to help our patients reach and exceed their health goals. We assess the patient as a whole. We want to address the main concern, but also lead you into a lifestyle of being pain free.

We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. A chiropractic adjustment can make you feel so much better.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars.
Dr. Medeiros is in my phone book as god. Yes, you read that correctly - GOD. He is an amazing doctor. Every ache and pain I have ever had in my body he has taken care of (NO MEDICATIONS NEEDED). I started going there because I was having terrible migraines and someone suggested seeing a chiropractor. Of course having someone hold my head and snap my neck in all directions was completely nerve-racking since one wrong move and I could be dead, but he is so professional he immediately puts you at ease. He is extremely personable and KNOWS HIS STUFF!! I pick

Dr. Medeiros is such a natural healer. He gives you adjustments while making you feel completely at ease ... no warnings from him to get ready for the adjustment, relax, etc., etc. ... before you know it, you are walking out the door, feeling 100% better than when you arrived. He oftentimes has same day appointments and loves to engage you in conversations about preventative care, be it exercise, vitamin regimens or nutritional care.
