My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Cody Padgett in buying our first home. Due to the current housing market, we didn't think we would be able to get a home we actually liked within our budget range. But when a house got posted, we notified Cody and he got us a showing the same day. We submitted our offer that same day and just hoped for the best.
