Dr. Sayers is from rural Nebraska and is a graduate of the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada. He is Dual Board Certified and he preforms oral surgery, implant surgery, and root canals, in addition to the full spectrum of general dentistry. He has been in practice for over 10 years.
After Dr. Trent Sayers received his DDS from Northwestern University's acclaimed Dental School, he spent time in military service for his country before going into private practice as a dentist in Colorado Springs, CO.Our goal is to continue to provide the most comprehensive and quality dental care for our patients.

We miss Dr. Couchman, but we are so Blessed to have Dr. Sayers as our permanent dentist. We really like him and our patients really like him! He is a young version of Dr. Couchman...preforms all the services the office is known for including implant placement and restoration, oral surgery, root canals, crowns and dentures. It can all be done in one location with the same quality our patients are used to! Our hygienist, Lelah, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth today. Dr Couchman and the entire staff were absolutely amazing! They were warm, friendly, and took the time to answer questions, as well as explain their procedures, and just plain make me feel at home. I had been told that I needed scaling, that I had the beginning of periodontal disease. After doing a thorough exam, I found out that I didn’t have periodontal disease after all! I’m so glad I went to them!!! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Dr. Couchman has performed outstanding, competent dental work for me and my family for over 25 years. He continues to stay current in the industry and his excellent work demonstrates this. I am always grateful to be in capable hands. The dental assistants have also shown tremendous care and effectiveness in their work. The practice has a new dental hygienist, Cristina, who is excellent. She takes the appropriate time to do a careful cleaning without hurting the patient. Had a root canal and crown all done in one convenient appointment! While walking out of the dentist office to my car, I realized that the whole left side of my face felt better than it had in YEARS! Didn't realize how beneficial a root canal could be to my overall well being! Feels great to be able to enjoy food and drinks without worrying if they will cause tooth/nerve pain. I have severe anxiety about the dentist and the staff including Dr Couchman have always been sensitive to that. Last year I went to him for wisdom tooth extraction and now we are working through treatment for periodontal disease. I was scared to start the process but it puts me at ease knowing that the staff will talk me through each step. Also, they never make me feel like I'm being judged about my poor oral hygiene in the past.

As a 40-year old whose teeth had never been great, and got more crowded as I got older, I opted for "Fast Braces." The experience at Couchman Dental was great. Dr. Couchman was very knowledgeable, and Laura was amazing! The whole office was very organized, friendly and top-notch. I couldn't be happier with my results, all in just 9 months.

This dental office is amazing. Laura, Dolly, Julie, Brook are absolutely amazing professionals. Dr. Couchman restored my smile with inplants that look fabulous! I love the friendly, caring, and compassionate level of service that I received. I was so anti-dentist until this experience. They have made going to the dentist a pleasure!!!

Very nice people, friendly staff but I won't be back. Doctor seems a little bit old, maybe a little bit too frail.
Eg: No eye contact, no friendly greeting, no reassuring parting words...from the doctor. I suspect maybe he's a little bit elderly and the staff is trying to make up for him? And one very minor dynamic that could be symbolic of larger problems...So the headrest on the chair doesn't stay in the position--it always slides down. Little things like this sometimes signify to me demise. You know long before the fall of Rome the roads were developing cracks.

My son went into Dr. Couchman's office on Wednesday 2/2/17 with terrible pain from his wisdom teeth and swollen jaws. Dr. Couchman gave him Naproxen and an anti-inflammatory and scheduled his surgery for the following Thursday, March 2 at 7:30 am.
I received an email from Dr. Couchman on Wednesday 2/23/2017 that I had to schedule a pre-op appointment prior to Thursday. Within an hour and a half, I responded to the email and let them know that I could make any day work. I never heard from them on Thursday or Friday. So on Monday morning 2/27/17, I called to speak to B**** about scheduling

Must say this place is just the best! The office staff is just super nice knowledgable and just compassionate. Dr Couchman is great he gave me a sense of security when he explained everything and recommended things we could do in the feature to make my smile greater . As far as the bill of course I had a deductible so the bill was high but the lady at check out worked with me and even waived some of the cost. I will absolutely keep coming here for all my dental needs and follow ups and have highly recommended them to my friends, family and coworkers!

I received a same-day crown (front) today after I cracked an old one. Dr. Couchman and Laura did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental work. They were able to quickly schedule me in, and I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the 2-hour procedure. I am happy with the experience and trust Dr. Couchman's expertise.

I had been to Dr. Couchman 2-3 times quite awhile ago, for a routine cleaning. The waiting room was filled with religious things. Inappropriate I thought, but OK whatever. The hygienist kept talking about the Lord and the bible. Again, inappropriate, but OK whatever. Dr. Couchman himself was very laid back, almost too much so, like he was going through the motions. The last time I saw him, it was because I was having bad pain in one tooth. He took a quick look and said it's fine, it's just from sensitivity that I have in my other teeth. I was in COS on vacation. I broke a crown out hiking. Dr. Couchman was able to get me in the very next day and was able to remedy the problem. The staff is so very friendly from Mia the receptionist, Dolly the finance manager, Julie the hygienist, Dr. Couchman...especially the expand duties dental assistant Laura was fantastic. I've had bad experiences with other dentists before so I'm extra critical now and not the simplest patient either. Dr. Couchman and team are really great at what they do and never make me feel rushed the way other dentists and medical offices in general can do. They seem comfortable around each other and that makes me not as nervous when I'm being operated on. It's difficult to find a professional team to trust so I'm glad to have found them!

I called because I have a bad toothache and they said the exam was going to be $74.00 and by the time I walked out it was $108.00. I did not approve this but they charged me this when I walked out. So this place just charges you whatever they feel like! Will not be going back there. I don't like liars! Thanks for ripping me off right before Christmas!
