I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with individuals who experience anxiety, chronic stress, depression, substance abuse, and many other challenges that life throws at us. Along with conducting therapy, I enjoy working as a sport psychology consultant and an adjunct faculty member in the undergraduate psychology department at Penn State Brandywine.
