Oahu Home Healthcare (OHH) opened our doors and began caring for patients in early 2015. OHH then went through the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) survey process and was granted CHAP accreditation in October of 2015 and in the Fall of 2018 were awarded our reaccreditation.
The Company made the decision to transition from the accrediting body CHAP and sought accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and was granted accreditation in the Fall of 2021.OHH is an active community partner and currently participates with both the Healthcare Association of Hawaii (HAH) as well as Hawaii Healthcare Emergency Management (HHEM).

Services
The patient must be homebound (Occasional short term absences from the home may be acceptable). The patient must have a need for intermittent skilled services and be under the care of a provider. The patient must be seen by a provider within 90 days of the initial home healthcare visit or 30 days after.
