Services
The caring and experienced professionals at Gordon Memorial Home are here to support you through this difficult time. We offer a range of personalized services to suit your family's wishes and requirements. You can count on us to help you plan a personal, lasting tribute to your loved one. And we'll carefully guide you through the many decisions that must be made during this challenging time.
When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden on your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members.
Meaningful memorialization of a loved one's passing can transform, heal, and comfort us. It highlights our loved ones' sacrifices, reminds us of the things that they value, and inspires us with their life stories. Have the Talk of a Lifetime, a program created by The Funeral and Memorial Information Council, was designed to help families have meaningful conversations about the things that matter most in their lives.
The service is recorded using High Definition video recording equipment. The Funeral Director will give the family directions for viewing the service. Any computer, tablet or smartphone that has access to the Internet can be used without and other software of apps being required. The family will be presented with a CD or DVD copy of the recording within a few days of the service.
The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.

It seems odd to be giving a funeral home 5 stars, but Adam Glenn and Gordon Memorial made a very difficult day easier. Adam responded promptly and with compassion. He did not try to upsell us on anything and we never even paid a bill until after my father's funeral. This is unheard of in this industry. He figured things out when the transport for my dad went wrong and anticipated our every need. Adam and Gordon Memorial are exemplary in every way.
