When you are dealing with a family law issue, whether it be divorce, legal separation, child custody- now allocation of parental responsibilities- or parenting time, property division or maintenance (alimony), it is important to work with a family law attorney who is not only experienced, but also understanding and empathetic, and who understands that every case and client is unique.
These are significant questions and the answers have long-lasting effects on all involved. Every divorce case is different and every client has different needs and goals. It is important for your attorney to be attentive to your individual situation. Contact The Law Office of Jennifer A. Pritz or call 708-459-8234 for a free initial consultation.
One of the most difficult and painful issues associated with divorce or a parentage case is child custody. Divorce or an unresolved parentage case can be a traumatic time for the children as well: children whose parents are going through a divorce may not understand the reasons for the divorce and may have difficulty communicating how they feel.
After a divorce decree or order in a parentage case has been issued, circumstances may change, causing one party to seek modification of the original child support, child custody or maintenance (spousal support) order. Child and support issues in a divorce decree and parentage order are reviewable and modifiable.

I want to thank Jennifer Pritz for her experience and knowledge.I am so impressed with Jennifer's skills regarding her handling my divorce/child support case. The process itself was extremely overwhelming and emotional, but having the best attorney in my corner gave me the confidence that I would get what I deserve and needed for my child. She is attentive, professional, and has a way of making her clients feel completely at ease in her office when discussing sensitive issues. She responds to my emails and calls and is attentive to my concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I would rate
