There is a complete lack of honesty and integrity with the billing practices of this office. They were NOT in network with my insurance provider and that information was NOT disclosed to me prior to my cleaning. I was left with a bill of nearly $500 that had to be paid out of my pocket. When I addressed this with the office staff, they were not forthcoming about their billing practices. They also tried to advise me I needed a bite guard that was estimated at $600. I since have learned that this bite guard is recommended for nearly every one of their patients. This is a highly aggressive tactic

This one star is not for the dentist himself but the front receptionist. The front desk woman lacks communication when it comes to visit payment. Also very unprofessional as I experienced an argument between the receptionist and a nurse regarding scheduling. I got my insurance involved in this situation and the woman even hung up on them. I personally won’t recommend this place to anyone which is sad because this dr’s skills are being wasted by poor customer service. Stay Away!

I would recommend anyone to go to Broadway Dentistry if you need a dentist. They are all a wonderful group of people. The dentist, Jared Kneib is a great dentist and is as nice as he can be when he is working with you. I would'nt want to go to any other dentist he is the best Hope he stays in buslness.
