I will try to sum up my experience, I did trust them until they showed no compassion or interest in treating My Nini, she was a valued family member, now at rest.I have a close friend that spent alot on his Diego,( Wiener Dog).My friend cancelled oral surgery on Diego because of the lack of care when they KNEW there was NO hope, only if you would spend alot of money .

I purchased a puppy 8 weeks old with shots dew claws removed and tail docked and had all records from Animal Crackers Veterinary Hospital. I called to make an appintmet the lady was very rude and would not accept my puppy because she changed owners and said all her vaccines would be useless because no other vet is accepting new pets at this time and that's not her fault. I even ask for recommendations on what to do about getting her shots like another place or something she said very rudely "that's not my problem, just don't take her outside." I'm not one to complain and I was very nice to the

My dog has had ongoing issues with allergies and ear infections. The vet that saw her last is no longer working there. My dog has yet another ear infection. I called to see if we could get medication for her. They said no that she needed to be seen; however, we have to wait a week to get her in. In the meantime, our dog is miserable and has terribly swollen ears. While we look for a new vet, we will be making the 45 minute drive back to Reynoldsburg to our old vet that we know cares about our dogs and won't let them suffer!!! Also, if you leave a message for the vet, don't expect a return call

After hitting a beautiful cat I took it into animal crackers to put it down and end it suffering. First off the sense of importance I recieved from the girl at check in was zero. I was a bit frazzled as this wasn't my animal. She ended her call and got me into a room. Where a Dr told me euthanasia was best. So I proceeded with it. I paid for it out of my own pocket and was charged for an emergency visit on top of the euthanasia. Come to find out others have gone in and had the same done only to be charged for euthanasia. I feel ripped off and for a business to have a double standard for billing

I absolutely love the staff here. They truly care of the animals and offer many services. My grandmother used to also her cats here. When she passed, I took them in and decided to keep them with the same vet. I ended up so happy, that I've brought mine in too. I have a 6 year old beagle mix and her teeth had tarter build up, looked brown and had some bad breath. They are so clean and white now. Honestly so happy with every service I have gotten. Between the teeth, shots, check ups, and emergency care.
