I only gave 1 star because the billing department is horrible. They got my account mixed up with my husbands account and said I was all paid up. I had set up appointment to get my permanent crown and they called the day of my appointment and said I owed quite a lot of money and so they cancelled it until I paid it. I later made another appointment to get the work done and paid the bill which they said was all paid up. About 3 months later they said I owed more money and that they were sending to collections if I didn't pay. This is rediculous and I will never go back there.

Dr. Repscher and his team are outstanding! They went above and beyond yesterday for me. I was on vacation when I had severe tooth pain. I called the office, and they scheduled me for when I arrived home. I needed a root canal and crown. They eased my anxiety and calmed my pain by doing the procedure immediately. They stayed through their lunch break to tend to me quickly and comfortably. I was very impressed and happy with them and the results. Thank You!

He puts on a great facade, but Jaeson Repscher is a real slimy piece of work and is robbing his clients. I will say, I went in for a regular cleaning and had a generally good experience. Staff was friendly, etc.
However, when I needed additional work done, I was quoted an exorbitant amount, even though Repscher was in-network for my insurance. After Repscher's staff gave me the runaround as to why it would cost so much, I decided to reach out to other in-network providers for a second opinion. What would have cost me almost $900 at Repscher ended up costing me only $180 through another in-network

Dr. Repscher is nice, easy going and great to work with. Unfortunately, his front office team needs training on communication, ethics and most importantly being professional. My initial contact with the office was great. However, after a cap replacement, I specifically said "please charge my card and ensure its in full". Their response "yes, we already billed the insurance, this is the full balance, there will be no further bills". Move forward 5 months and 3 more bills for the same appointment. I keep asking, "how can i have 3 more bills for the same appointment? .

I haven't been to the dentist in 8-9 years secondary to dental phobia and anxiety. I had a toothache and needed to make an appt. Repscher got me in in a timely fashion. While I was extremely nervous (and pregnant so no sedation) everyone made me feel at ease. The initial exam was quick and painless. I ended up having to come in for a root canal. The dentist and the techs were super gentle and the whole procedure was relatively painless. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Unnecessary work... I was pregnant and they did 2 x-rays before I had a chance to realize what they were doing (the kind that only need to be done every 5 years). The fillings that were done were several shades too dark in the front. I didn't want metal fillings, but was I was not even asked for my back tooth filling. Seeing a dentist is recommended during pregnancy as the teeth are hit hard, but all the procedures could have waited until after I gave birth. I would be careful. There is a lot of overhead at this office, and some unnecessary work being done to cover the cost.

Having not gone to the dentist in 3 years or so and being a tobacco user I was very nervous to go get an exam and cleaning. They were all very friendly and fun and relieved me of my worries. If had one dentist my whole life until now and I'm glad I picked here and would recommend it to anyone in search of a dental office.

This doctor and office have very sketchy billing policies. In the last few months they have notified us that they no longer accept either dental insurance we have. Prior to that they quoted both my husband and I a cost of around $50 to get cavities filled with our insurance. They then sent us bills for the total cost of the fillings. When we spoke to their office we were informed that insurance didn't cover the cost. How they were able to give us that original quote I do not understand but if you quote a price for work and then the client gets the work done you shouldn't just triple the

I spent over $1,000 on gold inlays a little over a year ago at this office and one of them popped out this last week. I had to go to another office to have it replaced. When I called on Monday to ask about warranties I was informed that they only worked with patients who were in every six months. I paid money I didn't have in order to not have to worry about my fillings for the next thirty to forty years by purchasing a good quality inlay, and this one only lasted me a little over a year. I really liked this office and the care I received when it first opened. However, the past few times I've gone it has felt like Dr. R is a used car salesman. All I am looking for at the dentist is a straight answer and some options for care. What you get at Spanish Peaks is a sales pitch that feels shady and 100% profit motivated. The last time I went for a cleaning the hygienist turned into a demeaning wench when I informed her that I would not be needing a fluoride treatment. I've had great experiences and care with the crew here. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming. They accepted and billed my insurance, and that seems to be something that some dentist are getting away from.
Everyone seems happy to work here, and that speaks in volume.
The hygienist was gentle and did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth. I would recommend them solely based on her.

Thoughtful, intelligent, caring. Takes the time to ensure children and parents alike are fully informed. He doesn't fall into the norm of complicated talk unless he intends to explain it. Always personable, funny, and genuine, if you're looking for the "handshake is a man's word" kinda guy look no further! You will always leave feeling informed. His staff is wonderful. Absolutely the worst front desk staff I have ever encountered. Any request or question is met with rudeness and outrage that anyone would expect any of them to actually do anything. The dentist made wildly inappropriate conversation about polygamy while I was being worked on.

I had a previous bad experience with a different dentist in town, but Dr Rapscheur was great (I apologize for misspelling!). The whole office had friendly employees from the front desk to the hygienist. Clean and efficient teeth cleaning. Also had a filling that was well done and quick. I appreciate the great service!
