I have worked 31 years as a nurse and have experienced many workplace cultures. Management at Eminent has bent over backwards to make the staff feel welcome and a part of the family as well as providing compassionate and skilled nursing care for the community. This workplace is diverse and requires patience, ability to follow directions and emotional intelligence, but those qualities are what takes our care to the next level. I can truly say this has been the best place I have ever worked. I feel blessed by them

The company its self is good, and the nurses are very friendly, but the staff inside the office are just completely rude. The CFO Koshy is very rude, does not know how to speak to his employees properly, and his wife Valsa when there is a complaint about koshy or other staff she justifies them buy saying what is wrong with them. it is not OK here at the home based office, they get new Employees like every other 3 weeks, because of how they are with them they don't know how to treat office employees right.

Poor management!! Really rude to you, owner does not know how to talk to his employees make it really hard for you to get paid. Tell you they need a direct deposit form then end up mailing your check instead so just wasting the employers time and gas! Plus everyone had bills to pay & Every worker who goes apply takes all these nonsense test even before getting interviewed and half the time none of them are hired, how sad! Owner judges off looks smh! Bad home health care! Work environment their is real bad where they don’t let you talk to anyone working there and your suppose to be “ coworkers

We have been receiving home care from Eminent for 5 months. Initially they were quick to respond when our sos went out. The initial RN assessment was prompt, efficient, professional. Help came quickly. "Dinkey" has been professional, kind, and helpful above and beyond. Management is easily accessible by phone, and has been open and receptive to questions and comment. We are totally pleased with the care from Eminent and expect an ongoing relationship. I have recommended Eminent to several others and will continue to do so without reservation or hesitation. They are very, very GOOD.

Everyone i have come in contact with (&in 3+ years for various needs that is several) have been knowledgeable, caring, & professional. When they needed to come for a long time, the nurses became like personal friends I looked forward to seeing who were always “there” for me & I was almost sad to recover from my need for a nurse. Eminent is a wonderful, dependable home healthcare company I very highly recommend.

My mother has received services from Eminent for almost a year and we love the care she receives. The owner, Valsa, came to our home for the initial visit and was able to match us with the perfect Personal Care Assistant (Selena R.). We'd experienced difficulty finding a patient PCA for my mother who suffers with Alzheimer's. We now have peace of mind and our stress has been relieved. The staff is very professional and caring.
