The staff at Dave Goodman's (Diana, Sandy, Crystal, Tiffany, sorry if I forgot anyone) is beyond amazing. Quick service, super responsive, and genuinely nice people. They are problem solvers and always helpful, and my family has worked with them for years. I recommend them very highly!

The office staff, Crystal and Kim, were AMAZING!!! We had a flat tire on the side of the road coming home from the lake and they helped us get someone to help. They were caring and helped us get someone that was quick. I was worried about being on the side of the country road in the dark without any lights. They checked in on us and cared about our safety. I truly appreciated their kindness more than they will ever know!!

Diana and the team at State Farm handled our stolen work truck claim very well. Diana was on top of everything from start to finish. Always checked in to make sure we had all the information we needed. Good to know if anything ever comes up Diana will have us covered.

Currently in the middle of a claim process. I feel as though the guidance and customer service I have received has been at the bare minimum. State Farm has not been proactive in anything involving my accident which happened 2019/09/12 (Thursday) and was reported that same evening (~10PM).
Edit: In response to the owner's response, I'd like to clarify that the vast majority of our communication has been done through email. Since my last email correspondence (October 1st) I have been contacted exactly once (October 15th via phone w/ voicemail left) from a person at this office. My original review

I would give zero stars for this agency if I could. State Farm and this agent do not stand behind you when you have a loss. For four years these rude people have not fixed my water damage condo. I have filed with the Kansas Insurance Commissioner for bad faith and can’t wait to see what their investigation turns up.

We have had our insurance with Dave Goodman and his wonderful staff since 2001. I am always so very pleased with the service we receive, the prompt response, and the attention to details. I would not ever go anywhere else for my insurance! If you ever have the misfortune of having to use your insurance these people are the ones you want on your side.

I worked with Diana Peoples and she is AMAZING! Her follow through and follow up is first class. She treated me not only like a client but as a friend. I totally missed a few items that ultimately cost me money and she caught it and figured out how to get me a refund. Dave is a lucky man to have a team member like her. Thank you so much Diana for all you have done for me in the last 6 months. And thank you Dave for our 12 year relationship.
