We have been working with Brad at PlatinumOne for a few years now and he provides excellent service. He is always very prompt and calm and reassuring under pressure, even if we are against short policy deadlines or coverage obstacles. He looks out for us throughout the year to make sure our coverage is appropriate and will go out of his way to help answer questions we have about policies or invoices.
