If you skip all the reviews and find this one I will just tell you that your time is valuable. Do not waste it at this facility. Pay the extra money and go to clinic that can help you. This place is unprofessional and I dont honestly think any one here knows what they are doing. Doctors included. Sent me letter saying that my old doctor left. I wanted to send one back saying “as she should be.”

When I went to go renew my card, the financial section had made me come 3 times and every time they wanted different documents and papers. And in the end they didn’t even renew it. After all the hard works and time I wasted going there, I am very unsatisfied. They are very rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

This place used to be a great place to go for medical needs, until my regular RN left. The one they switched me to treated me with total disrespect! She was very unprofessional. I had been going there for 2 yrs and she had no idea of my history. Just chose what she wanted to do with my care. I spoke to the manager of the clinic and they tried to give me another person. He was good, then he left. I would seriously think about going there for primary care. The only great person is the phycologist which also transferred. Everyone that is a good and professional RN leave.

I had an appointment for the south Aurora clinic to be seen by an OB/GYN for a prenatal visit and they told me they took my insurance but would need to get a pregnancy test done at this facility before the doctor would see me and that they did pregnancy tests here for free (later found out that was a lie) I handed the receptionist my insurance card, she took one look at it and said "we don't take your insurance." Even though i was told that they do, our insurance is Aetna and I found their clinics on my insurances website (which is on the card and she was mistaking for our actual insurance) I tried

I have been going there for a long time. Went when I didn't have insurance and stayed after insurance. Tiffiani Knudsen has been amazing with me. But they are over worked . The girls in the front are not always nice but I still love the dr. My wife had a stroke and has cancer . She really has been amazing with her. The complainers that say they walked in to the walk in clinic and it took long. Well they have one dr for that so you have to wait. We did the walking once and waited a long time but I would rather wait then them not doing there jobs.

This is the worse doctors office ever. Every single time I come here the wait is ridiculously long. They don't care about they're patients. If you don't speak Spanish they don't talk to you. They never welcome you in the office. No hello, good morning, good afternoon, have a nice day nothing. They're very slow in progress with or without an appointment. Extended care is a crock of shut I've been waiting for 4 hours to be seen by am extended care physician and counting. The ladies at the front desk have a dry look on their faces like they don't want to be here.
