We can't say enough about how pleased we were with all members of the West Central Design Build LLC team. Jason and the superintendent on the job were readily available if questions arose; the superintendent was onsite almost daily for the duration of the job. The office personnel provided monthly updates on a very timely basis.

As a licensed General Contractor in 7 states our team members have constructed projects all over the country. We start out with a detailed line item budget breakdown, so every cost is tracked. In addition, a project schedule is prepared depicting all tasks and trades, including owner provided items.
Such insurance shall include WCDB and WCDB's customer as Additional Insured coverage. All such coverage provided to the Additional Insured's shall be a primary basis using the listed forms below. The Contractor shall maintain worker's compensation insurance on all of Contractor's employees in compliance with the laws of the state in which services are performed.

Jason at WCDB managed the build of my garage in Denver. He and his subcontractors did a fantastic job -- even the city inspector commented on how impressed he was with the quality of the work. Jason and his subcontractors also handle issues professionally. At one point in the project, one of the subcontractors made a small mistake when installing a steel beam. I gave Jason a call and he came over within an hour to sort it out. By the next day the issue was corrected. I've already recommended WCDB to several friends. They provide quality work and are very easy to work with. Thanks, Jason!
