Milliken Research Associates, Inc. (MRA) is a small group of experienced engineers specializing in automobile stability and control, handling, associated tire mechanics, automobile aerodynamics and other related areas -- a wide range of disciplines and projects that we lump under the term vehicle dynamics.
Established in 1976, MRA performs technical projects, analytical studies, computer modeling, training seminars and licenses a number of proprietary computer simulations. MRA provides its services to automobile manufacturers, suppliers, tire companies and professional auto racing teams.

MRA performs technical projects, engages in consulting and licenses a number of proprietary computer programs. Over the last 35 years, we have performed a large number of projects for automobile and tire companies, racing teams and others.
These include analytical studies, computer modeling, experimental instrumentation, prototype design/development, market/technical surveys, contract project engineering, feasibility studies and technical liaison.We have, for example, project-engineered an "active camber" car, developed its control system algorithms and software, supervised the installation and associated instrumentation, performed a test program and analyzed the results.

MRA develops and licenses four comprehensive models for vehicle dynamics analysis. These models are based on a real, physical understanding of the automobile. They are evolved directly from the pioneering work overseen by Bill Milliken at Cornell Aeronautical Laboratories and have been continually developed for 30+ years.
