I wanted to thank you for being SO wonderful to me when I was having all of my work done. I can't begin to tell you how I was completely panicked to having to deal with my dental care. My mouth is terrible and I have had SO many issues that you would think I would be easy but it actually gets worse each time.

They used sedation dentistry on me and it took all the fear from me and it didn't even hurt. I have never met a dental office that is so easy to talk to! The staff have always treated me with great warmth and care every time I have had an appointment. My dental hygienist, Michele, is a rock star when it comes to cleaning my teeth. I feel so relaxed and have never had any pain or discomfort when being worked on by her. I met my new dentist today, Dr. Koepsol, I found him to be very pleasant and reassuring about possible work I made need in the future.

I have extreme anxiety and fear with dental work. It took everything I had to make an appointment then it took everything for me to show up. Amy was very nice and talked me through everything. Very informative and amazing. The ladies are all very great and understanding. I chose this office due to the fact they offer sedation. Although I was embarrassed for letting my teeth get so bad, I was reassured to not feel embarrassed. Things happen and things prevent us from fixing it. Affordable. Pleasant. Absolutely the best Dentist visit I have had.

Had a wonderful dental cleaning and exam experience, and Adrian and Dr. Cole were thorough, competent, and professional. They both provided detailed information during the exam, and as a result, I learned more about the health of my teeth and gums. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care.

I've had better. We have a big family and don't like spending all day at the dentist. But instead of scheduling us collectively they scheduled us consecutively. This maximized our time from start to finish from a couple hours to 6 hours for 8 of us. Most people won't relate to this issue so take it for what it's worth.

I have NOTHING but good things to say about East Wichita Dentist. From the time you walk in to the office the friendliness starts! The ladies at the front desk are so nice, the hygienist or very friendly and personable they make you feel very relaxed and comfortable while you are getting ready for your procedure. And Dr. Koepsel, is the friendliest and most personable dentist I have ever had! My tooth pulling experience was the BEST!!!

Do NOT go to this crooked place! Joyce is an absolute thief!!! Came in, paid $1,300 for my permanent bridge, PAID, set my appointment for the next morning; when I came in to get my teeth fixed Joyce told me that she would NOT honor our payment arrangement and would not return the money I paid. I have now filed a police report, reported them to the Dental Association, and have filed a small claims suit. Please do NOT spend your hard earned money here. The dentist may be great, but Joyce in the business office is an absolute lying thief!

This was easily the most enjoyable dental experience I’ve had. Everyone from the office staff, hygienist, to the doctor were personable and very professional. My hygienist, Amy, was the best one I’ve encountered. She was thorough, explained everything she was doing and provided plenty of information to help me improve my oral health. Dr. Koepsel also took the time to make sure my questions were answered, and didn’t push treatments at me. Instead, he provided possible options as well as pros/cons for each so that I could make the best decision for me. I would recommend East Wichita Dentist
