Wr recently had our roof replaced and after 3 bids from 3 different companies, American West came back with a very competitive price. After a little communication back and forth with them in regards to some questions we had we were sold. Extremely friendly, fast response time and quality was to notch. They were finished with our roof in just a couple days and left our home so clean it was as if they were never here. Thank you American west contracting! I had the trim around my house painted, Tyler was the painter..... He was an AMAZING young man who displayed ultimate customer service and took pride in his job... I know I have have an area to finish at no fault to you guys, but I’m looking forward to having Tyler come back and finish the job...

Lack of follow up on the part of the company that made commitments on several occasions that work would be done. They dropped materials off, pulled off part of their siding and were no-shows on 5 occasions. The foreman Mike hung up on the phone to my client. No apologies for lack of professionalism.
