Company was very nice and prompt with scheduling estimate. Quickly realized that they are more of a roof selling company than real tradespeople. They wouldn’t discuss pricing with me without my wife present. She was picking up our kid and has no interest in this roof. The sales rep literally would not complete the estimate without her being present. Felt either like a multi level marketing scam or some creepy religious policy. Left us feeling confused and icky…

This is a shake and bake company. There Communication skills oh sorely lacking. The roofer are quick but the Quality of the work is the big question. Once they got there money you are on your own.,I had problems with over size nails coming through my roof and the inspector saw this. He just past the buck I have called but no one responsible is ever in the office. Also the warrantee contract is almost nonexistent and their receipts as Proof of purchase is shady I had to ask for a stamp or logo. Be Mineful you get what you pay for. My recommendation pass by this company

After providing me a few options and giving me a very competitive quote I decided to go with the company for a roof replacement. I am sitting here with Allyn , and Tiffany exploring a new roof, and unfortunately for me as I suspected ,I will need a system other than comp shingles,which Allyn confirmed. The estimate was raised by $7000 when signing. They said it would be done in 4-6 weeks, and could be done in rainy weather! Only heard from them one time in 3 months, ( to measure windows) then they informed us the cost is another $16,000 because of the increase costs in wood products!!! If they had done it when they said they would, the prices would NOT have been a problem! They are not to be trusted!!

Agreed to get an estimate for a roof in Renton. Confirmed appointment with customer service on Friday for 2 PM Saturday - had to make sure that I cleared access to the crawlspace/ etc.
Roofer no called/ no showed for the estimate. I set aside time on a Saturday and they didn't have the decency to call letting me know they couldn't make it.
Customer service reached out 3 days later and I got passed to an agent who unconvincingly stated that the roofer's wife unexpectedly went into labor and that is why no one reached out to me. The customer service supervisor apologized but

Tristate Roofing recovered our roof. I did see the low stars, but the comments were mainly on the salesman. Maybe because we were genuinely interested he was nice, but we had a very courteous and professional representative by the name of Bob Lyman. He heard our questions and answered them very honestly. This was the 2nd roofer we spoke with and was very comfortable in making this decision based on Bob's advice.
The scheduler was very polite as well and due to the change of weather asked us if we could change the schedule as well. This was not a problem for us since we weren't doing
