I called and explained my accident that I was in and his office reassured me that it wasn't my fault and they would take my case. Then months later call me up after I called and called to tell me they can't help me. For a law office to tell me in the beginning it's not my fault then turn around and say it is my fault and they can't help me is wrong lead me on.

This firm would not take my case as I was the one cited. After contacting other attorneys, no one would take my case either. I attended court myself and asked for a hearing. I was found not guilty of the citation resulting in the dismissal of my case.
I have PTSD and permanent back injuries now, and David Shapiro was uninterested in helping because of me being the one who was cited. By an officer who was proven not to have done due diligence. The lack of empathy and compassion on their part and many others bas caused more stress, depression, loss of wages, employees, and almost multiple contacts

First of all they invited me to their office for a face to face, which given the climate for the last several months was refreshing. They discovered more information about the other driver in my case in one week than Lerner and Rowe did in three and a half months.
