Melissa Weiss-Riner has lived in Mesa, Arizona for approximately 30 years. She obtained her B.A. in Administration from Ottawa University in 1999 and her J.D. from Phoenix School of Law in 2009. She was admitted to practice in 2010. Prior to becoming one of the founding Scottsdale family law attorneys at Arizona Family Law Solutions, Melissa was a paralegal for 14 years at several large Phoenix law firms.
James Riner obtained his B.S. in computer science from the University of Phoenix. Prior to becoming one of the esteemed Scottsdale family lawyers at Arizona Family Law Solutions, he was a law clerk for nearly two years working with family law clients. Before that, James has also worked in business and systems design for 32 years.

This law office sent a document full of errors. Spelled names of their client wrong. Claimed they don’t use templates and then sent a parenting agreement document listing the “divorce” for a couple who had never been married. Did not include Jewish holidays pertaining to the faith of the client but rather generic US holidays and Christian holidays only. Charged above and beyond stated fees. Charged again over a $1000 to fix above stated that were fixed by the client. Belittling and demeaning when asked about the errors. Refuse to answer about errors and lie when questioned. You would be better

My experience with Melissa Weiss-Riner was very poor. I found her to be unprofessional. Her greatest concern was about the "money", her billable hours. In my case, she was not prepared properly for my court hearing. When trying to contact her, she failed to return my phone calls regarding important issues. I found her to be too "pushy".
