Originally from Long Island, NY, Jason moved to Charleston, SC during the 2005 real estate boom. This firm employs a very unethical and unprofessional agent by the name of Nikos. All sellers should beware of accepting any offers from this firm because they will apparently go to any length to try and get earnest money back even when their client is in the wrong. We completed repairs and went to additional cost for their client and now they are trying anything and everything to get the money back including having the owner try to threaten us for leaving a deserved bad review on another online format. They have very little understanding of how to write contracts and obviously dont really follow
