I contacted several insurance agencies to research my policy needs. Wester Insurance was by far the worst - stay away from them! They seemed dishonest and they represent insurance companies that get terrible reviews for bad customer satisfaction. When I questioned Wester Insurance about some of their shady business practices, they tried to convince me that 'that is just the way it is done in this business'. I didn't fall for it. Don't be deceived, use a different agency.
