I've been going here about a year. The office is like a spa and when you're there it's great. In my experience, bills don't come until many months after the date of service. They also charged me more than they were supposed to and fixed it after I called, but I shouldn't have to call--they should be well aware of the allowable amount per my insurance. Last but not least, White Pine Dental allowed me to schedule appointments adjacent to a holiday, only to cancel on me days before as "they would be closed for the holiday." I'm all for holiday time off, but it's irresponsible and unprofessional to

*Emergent 25min wisdom pull! Clean, prompt, pro & follow up. Owner -Pitt grad. Heidi? (desk), Dr. Snarr & her hygienist (newer) 6*! Bedside manner! I moved -worth 30m drive, easy locale. My ins changes -ok. In fast, success, no bill surprise! Eased anxiety -Comfort Menu. Hubs & I 6yrs here -to stay. Not worth the risk. Also cosmetic -so all in one. Play area -my 3yo. List goes on.. I don't Google rate anymore but would be remiss not to acknowledge. I can check this off!! Thanks!

I had been looking for a new dentist for a while, since I did not feel like the previous guy was really looking out for me. This place blew me away with their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to transparency. They were so open o communicate, give information, advice, and just look out for me. I love these guys! They work hard to make sure you're comfortable and they keep you informed of everything every step of the way. They are transparent about pricing and procedures. When I was starting to feel a bit anxious I turned on the massage feature on the chair and it helped me relax. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentists are friendly and wonderful!

My upfront experience was great but changed. I had a crown done on my first visit. I asked them to double check with my insurance on coverage, was advised it wouldn’t be an issue, 4 months later I’m being billed an additional $350 on top of the $425 I already paid because my insurance denied claim. Second appointment was a cleaning. Again told they verified everything through insurance and was then billed $80 for in-depth X-rays. Customer service was great but I would rather have upfront honesty.
