We offers virtually all its legal services on a flat fee basis. At the conclusion of our initial consultation with a client, our firm will provide a written fee quote for a client project. The following tables list our standing pricing for common legal services. This pricing is not available to a particular client until we have conducted a consultation and ensured that there are no complicating factors in the individual's case.
Family unity is our priority. Our firm helps clients obtain legal status and petition for other family members in the U.S. or in their home country. Relatives of Permanent Residents and of U.S. citizens may be eligible to obtain a Green Card in the U.S. or through consular processing in their home country.

After 2 or so years, I finally got my green card. I applied for my residency after my husband left me before my green card interview. I hired them for my case after that. They were very professional and respectful. They fully understood my case and built a very strong abuse (vawa) case. I met with other attorneys before I hired them, but the other attorneys didn’t give me the comfort as lawyer Gogia did. He took almost 4 months to build my case and made sure that my file was super strong. God bless him and his family as my daughter and I will be forever grateful to him for what he did for us

I went to them to apply for appeal but instead of wasting time and money on appealing, they were able to refile my case and got me green card really fast. They are very efficient and reliable. I do feel that they are little on the expensive side but I feel that my expense was worth it. I rather have an expensive lawyer than a one who knows less than I do about immigration laws. And believe me there are plenty out there who don’t know anything about immigration laws (the same way my previous lawyer screwed my case). I highly recommend Gogia and Raj law for all your complicated and not so complicated

I want everyone to read this feedback. I accidentally found Gogia Raj law when I was trying to get a second opinion on my mother’s case. Before I came to them, I consulted with another lawyer. The other lawyer told me that my mother’s case is very complicated and she must first apply for asylum to get her green card. They quote me well over $12k for my mother’s case. This was a lawyer that my friend recommended to me. But i wasn’t very comfortable with the lawyer, so I wanted to get a second opinion. I googled about immigration attorneys in Long Island and I stumbled upon Gogia Raj Lawyers
