Dr. Ludford was born and raised in the Illinois Valley and he attended St. Bede Academy. He built a state of the art office building in 1993 and is currently practicing at this location. We are conveniently located in downtown Peru, on the corner of 4th Street and Schuyler Street. There is off street parking to the north of the office and has handicap parking and is handicap accessible.

A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. At regular check-up exams, your dentist and hygienist will include the following: Examination of diagnostic x-rays: Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions.
Please call (815) 223-0171 to schedule your new patient exam. Every new patient must fill out all required documents prior to appointment. We can send the paperwork ahead of time or you can print them and bring them to your appointment. The required forms are located under "Patient Resources" on the Welcome Page of our website.
