I love it here, doesn't matter if I have an hour or if I have just a few minutes, the gym is the best and I can always get my workouts done.

Carmel Total Fitness is one of the elite gyms, that is due to it's commitment towards keeping the equipment clean, organized and maintained. During the coronavirus, CTF went above and beyond to maintain and provide a safe environment. The staff was diligent, friendly and knowledgeable, I sought advice from Sean and his son Curran about mountain bikes, they helped me immensely in my search for a bike. I would recommend CTF to anyone looking for a safe, clean and open environment. I thank Scott and Sean for running this stellar gym, I do apologize for always buying the yellow Gatorade.

I've been a member for a year now and I love this gym. The trainers here are amazing to say the least. I drive 30minutes one way, everyday just to workout here and I can honestly say I would drive further if I had to. Its a great place to workout and I recommend it to anyone thats looking for a place to help them meet their fitness goals.

My absolute favorite gym in Indianapolis! Clean, friendly and all of the right equipment. I do not see many gyms with these style of plates. It is a nice touch. I bought a day pass for $14. That would be my only gripe. It was only $10 or $11 when I went here before. Not sure why the price hike but I believe anything more than $10 for a day pass is too much. Still, I rate the place 5 stars because it is.
